Here, the woman is the director of the film in which her husband has sex with a young girl, and she is watching them have sex. The film director is cheating on her husband with the young girl's lover. It's an impressive scene, even though there's no sexual intercourse between them.

I liked the movie but i also understand where Cavin and others are coming from.
I wouldn't put this movie in 'Erotic-Thriller genre' . It had some good scenes but this wouldn't classify it as Erotic-Thriller.
Nowdays big-movies are often tagged as Erotic-Thriller and Steamy-Romance genre with good trailer to overhype the movie but very often Newer big-movies like this lack any such Erotic/Steamy scenes they're tagged with.
Another classic example of this was Strictly Confidential tagged with Erotic-Thriller with 0 scenes.

I actually ended up finding it, and there is a doggy scene in episode 7. You see them going at it but it’s pretty tame though.
