There is a diamond, a heist, a pacific island that looks like Hawaii but appears to be the domain of an organized crime boss who has control of the police force as well. Enter Tom, a drifter and sailor who gets hired by the bad guy to drive his wife around, and of course ends up doing more than just driving her around.
