Housuke Atami is dating Shizuka, the hottest girl in school, but she won't have sex with him yet as she is saving herself for their special day. He and his friend Shinohara channel their frustration into secretly videotaping the girls' locker room. One day, they meet a mysterious girl of striking beauty; around the same time, the school is rocked by rumors of the "ghost" of a former beauty queen student. Cheating Notes
Housuke and his friend happen to record with their camera a female unfamiliar to them on school grounds. They think that she might be a ghost. As the movie progresses, we find out that she is in fact just a human, named Miki Shiina and usually goes there to meet and fuck her boyfriend Matsui in an isolated basement somewhere in the school. Matsui is actually the one giving Housuke and his friend clues as to who she is and where she could be found.
At 44:26 and 51:30, Miki has sex with Housuke in the isolated basement in a BDSM manner.
Matsui later reveals to Housuke that he couldn't satisfy Miki's lust anymore which grows as time goes by. So that's why he led Housuke to her and let him fuck her because he himself couldn't keep up with her anymore.
