We only see kissing between Nicole Kidman and the kid (their first is at 1:00:50). They have implied sex (1:15:51), but we only see the kissing before sex and the after-sex dialog in bed, where they also kiss. Nicole Kidman gets naked in at least two scenes (43:04 and 53:08).
