The story of an unfortunate love of a Parisian courtesan and a young aristocrat. Adaptation of the novel by Alexander Dumas.

The film takes place in the middle of the 19th century. The main character of the film is Marguerite Gautier - a luxurious Parisian courtesan, known for appearing on opera performances with a bouquet of white or red camellias. After the death of a woman, her estate is auctioned. The writer Alexander Dumas buys a book, but a few days later a man comes to see Mr. Armand Duval, for whom the purchase of a writer is an extremely valuable souvenir. It turns out that Duval was Marguerite lover, but their relationship ended in tragedy. An unusual guest decides to tell the writer the dramatic story of his love.

Cheating Notes

Monsieur Armand Duval begins a relationship with Marguerite Gautier, then he finds out that she's a courtesan, specifically the kept woman of Count de Giray.

Armand and Marguerite Gautier have sex/petting session at 41:40 and 1:08:11, while Margeurite and Count de Giray have sex at 43:29 and 46:58. Some are brief scenes, all of them are basically non-nude.
