Cheating Notes

In this drama, each of three troubled women encounter a mysterious and charismatic young man while traveling to Bangkok, Taipei, and Ho Chi Minh.

Episode 1

The first troubled woman is in a relationship with an older man. One morning, after waking up beside her lover, she suddenly decides to take a spontaneous trip to Bangkok, where she meets the young man. They first meet when the young man has his bag snatched away from him. They hang out and have fun. At the end of the day, they kiss briefly and lightly twice in her hotel room, but they begin arguing so it doesn't proceed to sex.

Episode 2

The second troubled woman is soon to be married but she's worried about what her life will be after marriage. She travels to Taipei with two friends, where she meets the young man. She feels a thrill of excitement when she unexpectedly joins him while he's being chased by another man. They kiss in the shallow water of a fountain after falling into it while running away (29:05). They also kiss in a shop's dressing room later (30:13).

Episode 3

The third troubled woman is married, but she plans on divorcing her husband because he has a young mistress. She goes on a trip to Vietnam to follow her husband and his mistress (I think) and meets the young man in the process. They hang out and then encounter her husband's lover and hang out with her without letting her know that she is her boyfriend's wife. After they have a dramatic encounter with her husband and his mistress in a church, the wife says goodbye to the young man in a hotel lobby. She leans in to kiss him, but before her lips touch his, she changes her mind at the last moment and tells him it's better if they don't kiss.
