Two married couples from opposite social classes are brought together in a single night following a tragic event that will change the rest of their lives.

The rich couple needs a living heart for their daughter, so the rich husband offers the poor husband money, a house and a car in exchange for the heart of his son, who is in coma due to a motorbike acccident (1:10:58). When the poor husband says no, the rich husband then also offers him his wife, since he notices that he's been checking her out. He says, "You can have her. she's yours... Half a million, a house, a nearly new 160,000 euro car, and a woman who'll screw you until you think you're in that heaven of yours.."
The rich wife lifts her top to reveal her bra, guides the poor husband's hand toward her breasts, and lets him caress them (1:12:40). After he pukes in the kitchen sink, he and the wife kiss in front of her husband, but the scene suddenly becomes so dark that we can barely see anything. He still refuses to give them his offspring's heart, so the situation does not escalate to sex.
There's breast exposure in the remainder of the movie, but it's not really meant for fapping.
