Criminal authority Galyamin wants to take over the territory of an abandoned pioneer camp - a land rich in mineral waters. The land is owned by principled businesswoman Olga Lebedeva and her partner Mikhail Varnakov. When it is impossible to agree with Varnakov, Galyamin decides to resort to his usual methods.
