Taku's girlfriend, Aki, is a prostitute. We only see her go out with one client in the movie and maybe she's serving him exclusively. One night, Taku sees Aki check in with her client at the hotel where he's working (13:21). He listens to them outside of their hotel room as her girlfriend rides her client's cock inside.
Although Taku knows that Aki is a prostitute, what he's not okay with is her bringing her client to his place of work, and he confronts her about it when they leave the hotel together after his shift.
Aki will meet her client several times after, but mostly, they're just naked together and not having sex, in the pool or the bathtub.
