When he inherits the family house and property after his mother's death, aspiring novelist Fane returns home with his bimbo girlfriend Lilas. He must care for his idiot brother Mo and contend with a greedy garage owner who covets Fane's property to expand his business. When efforts to buy the property are fruitless, the mechanic incites the townsfolk against the strange trio.

After an unfulfilling sex with her boyfriend (later fiance) on the couch (19:08), Lilas falls asleep on the floor of the living room in all her naked glory. She wakes up in the morning to discover that her boyfriend's mentally-challenged brother is in the same room, sitting in the corner for God knows how long. At 1:01:53, Lilas sleeps with her boyfriend's brother (conservative bed scene) and the garage owner catches them in the act when he enters their home without knocking. Of course, he asks her if he can be next. Lila's boyfriend comes in several seconds later.
