It's during the pandemic. The wife, working from home, regularly communicates with a client via video conferences on her laptop. They eventually start meeting in real life, though strictly for work purposes.
The husband goes to his current mistress' place and has sex with her (16:05). He met her through a dating app. In their after-sex dialog, we find out that she has a husband, or at least that's what she claims when she says that her nights are only for her husband.
The wife discovers her husband's infidelity when his current mistress calls his phone and the wife answers, her husband having left it at home while out dating a new prospect: a female employee from his workplace.
After having drinks on their date, the husband and the new female employee have sex (48:09).
After finding out about her husband's infidelity, the wife asks her client out and after their dinner date, she has sex with him (1:01:33).
