Although we see Lena have sex with Arthur several times, we don't see her have sex with her boyfriend from the city. You can say, however, that she is cheating on her city boyfriend when she fucks Arthur while she is the latter's captive in the second part of the movie, to gain his trust so that she can escape.
At 19:02, Letty, a minor character who has a boyfriend in the city, seduces Arthur. When he rejects her, she has sex with Arthur's friend instead.
