Chris, a wealthy divorcee, lives in a high-tech house of his own design in Montana. His life changes when he meets Sky, a mysterious young woman who draws him out of his shell and moves in after Chris is injured.
Cheating Notes
Chris meets a random hot chick, Sky, in a grocery store one night. He gives her a ride, and she tells him that she is having a quarrel with her roommate Lisa that night, so Chris offers to take her home so she can hang out in his crib for a while until Lisa falls asleep. They have sex (12:26).
We learn that Lisa is not just Sky's roommate but her girlfriend as well. Sky has lesbian sex with Lisa to pacify her before leaving the place she shares with her (24:40).

Sky has sex with Chris again (34:20), but Lisa has killed herself at this point.
We are introduced to Sky's real boyfriend and she kisses her lightly (1:01:20). The two of them planned the whole thing regarding Chris.
