Ella begins an affair with Rico, a bus conductor. He has a live-in partner, who he considers his wife so I'll also refer to her as such. Ella and the bus conductor have sex on the bus (36:13), on an overpass (45;58) and in his workplace (1:00:29), among others.
When Ella can't find Rico in the bus company he works in because he took a leave, she hooks up with a guy she meets in a bar (1:17:00). But in the middle of their lovemaking, when her boobs are already out, she changes her mind because the guy becomes weird on her.
Rico ends his affair with Ella (or rather, he makes her say the words) so that he can focus on his wife and their incoming baby. But when he gets home, he finds his wife riding his cousin's dick on the bed (1:23:50). They have a verbal confrontation, where his wife confesses to him that her baby is not his but his cousin's.
