Mark marries Beatrice. At their wedding reception, when she sees him making out with Elena, her caretaker/potential lover who she thinks was a close friend of her deceased mom, the memory of her mother making out/petting with her lover (her mom's boobs were out) at a party and her father catching them in the act comes back to her (44:40).
Beatrice's psychiatrist does a check-up on her, with her fully naked (49:34). I'm not sure if that is really necessary, I think the psychiatrist is just being opportunistic and maybe she likes him so she allows it to happen. The doctor then suggests that she takes in a lover, to cure the root cause of her frigidity: her childhood trauma caused by the death of her mother, who was unfaithful to her father. He's going to be the one who will pick up a lover for her and she won't know the guy since he will be wearing a mask. Beatrice agrees.
Beatrice goes to the psychiatrist-recommended lover and true indeed, he's wearing a mask. She makes love to him (57:40). If you ask me at this point, I think the masked man is the doctor, who is taking (greater) advantage of his profession again.
Beatrice happily comes back to the masked man to screw him for the second time (1:05:10).
Beatrice's husband brings her to a cabin and tries to make love to her (1:10:11). She rejects him, goes to her masked lover's place, and has sex with the latter instead. Immediately after that, we see her being checked up in the nude by her psychiatrist again, and this time, he even squeezes her boobs. What kind of doctor does that kind of check-up?? A sleazy one, I tell you. Anyway, he tells her that she's cured, thanks to his 'expertise', I guess?
Beatrice comes home from the doctor's clinic and finds her husband packing his things with the intention of leaving her. After he leaves, she comes to her masked lover's place, wanting consolation by getting fucked. This time, her professional-recommended lover is not wearing a mask, and she gets to find out who he really is.
