A young man journeys to the estate of a rich family in Santa Barbara, California, to visit his mother, who works there as a maid and whom he hasn't seen in many years. He winds up getting involved in an affair with the rich wife and is framed as the murderer of her rich husband. Her mother will also reveal some long-hidden secrets to him.

We see the rich wife kiss one of the detectives who investigates the house invasion that causes her husband to be sent to the hospital. At the end part of the film, pictures of them fucking at a hotel will be given to the cops.
The young man and the rich wife have sex two times (and one hot tub teasing scene), with their second one being the hotter scene. They are caught together in the spa by her husband, not in the act but telling nonetheless.
The young man's girlfriend is left out at the inn and so she takes the innkeeper's offer of a date. He kisses her on their date. She kisses back briefly but pulls away. Later, things between the young man and his girlfriend don't improve so she makes out with the innkeeper but doesn't want to have sex with him. The innkeeper gets pissed and rapes her.
