A man and woman murder the woman's husband and six years later must now contend with her son's nightmares and the arrival of a stranger who might know something about the case.

The wife and her lover are already burying her husband at the start of the movie, so we don't really see any cheating wife sex scenes technically. After they bury the husband, we do see them do some pre-sex, non-nude petting on the bed a few times.
A new drifter comes into town and starts working for the wife and her lover at the restaurant. The wife starts gradually liking the guy other until one day, he kisses her lightly on the lips in the kitchen. They have non-nude sex only after the wife's lover is killed. There's a plot twist at the end revealing the identity of the drifter.
