Christina and Nessie are childhood friends who fell in love with each other and became a lesbian couple, but they separate because Christina's parents refused to accept her identity, leading her to marry a man. After two years, the two are reunited. However, it was not the reunion they are hoping for.
Cheating Notes
At the beginning of the film, Cristina is having lesbian sex with Nessie. They are childhood friends/lovers, however, at this point, Cristina already has a boyfriend/fiance so that means she is cheating on him. After sex, Cristina surprises Nessie by announcing to her that she and her boyfriend are going to get married in one week and that this is the last time that they are gonna see each other. Nessie is brokenhearted.
Cristina's wedding pushes through. Two years later, her husband becomes wheelchair-bound. By coincidence, Nessie is the one assigned to be the home nurse of her husband. Initially, Cristina thinks that it's a stalker-type of situation, but Nessie assures her that she's not there for that and she doesn't love her anymore so she needn't worry.
Nessie starts living in the couple's house to take care of Cristina's husband. Gradually, Cristina starts desiring Nessie again. However, Nessie really doesn't love her anymore, plus she also starts dating the couple's housemaid.
At 58:02, Cristina enters Nessie's bedroom and tries to be intimate with her. Nessie rejects her.
