26:15 - Barney is Cleaver's law partner as well as his best friend. On Barney's birthday, Cleaver talks to Scarlet, Barney's wife in the kitchen. When he jokes that maybe she's in love with him, her husband comes in and hears it, but basically treats it as joke, as he trusts him too much. After he leaves, Cleaver says something about Scarlet wanting to have a threesome with him and his harlot. She stares at him longingly, like she wants to really flirt for real, but breaks down and cries instead. She then confides to him that her marriage with Barney cannot go on anymore.
S01E02
02:23 - Scarlet comes to Cleaver's place, basically wanting to start an affair with him. Her husband makes an unexpected visit so she hides in the bathroom while her husband talks to Cleaver in the living room. Interspersed with this scene, is a character named Lucy Marx having nude sex with a member of the jury to get information that will benefit her daughter Tanisha, who was found guilty for mu..er.
26:40 - Lucy, who is now Lucy's client, has sex with him at his place. At the same time, Scarlet also has sex with her husband.
34:04 - Lucy and Cleaver have sex.
51:28 - Scarlet, wearing a leather raincoat and drenched from the rain, which makes her look sexy, asks Cleaver if he's okay after his case's mistrial. He smirks, indicating that he's now ready to have an affair with his best friend's wife.
S01E03
03:44 - Cleaver wakes up in the morning with a naked Scarlet beside him. He goes to the bathroom and bangs his head against the glass cabinet door while he recalls his lovemaking with Scarlet.
14:37 - Cleaver goes to Scarlet's office and tells her what happened was a mistake. Basically, they end their affair.
36:52 - David Potter, a prosecutor, introduces his girlfriend Melissa to Norton, an older man in his social circle, at a bar. Later, in the bar's bathroom, Norton aggressively makes advances toward a resistant Melissa. It is revealed that Melissa was previously a sex worker and Norton was one of her former clients—a past that David knows nothing about. Cleaver was also one of Melissa's former clients.
S01E04
14:39 - Barney demands that Scarlet tells him the name of her lover. She doesn't tell him.
47:08 - Scarlet lies to David about the identity of her lover. She says it was a man that she met at the Adelaide conference.
52:46 - Barney tells Cleaver on the phone that he knows that he is Scarlet's lover.

12:10 - Scarlet comes to Cleaver's place after Barney kicked her out.

28:27 - Melissa and Cleaver have a drink in a bar. They kiss, and may have sex because she goes home to David in the morning already. David asks her where she was last night and they have a fight. Meanwhile, Barney gets a lap dance from a stripper.

00:41 - During a swingers' party, Kirsty runs into Nigel, a guy she went to school with. It's funny how they meet because they are having sex with other people beside each other and are talking while they are both humping their partners. When he asks her if she's married, she says yes and calls her husband Mick, who turns out to be the other half of the "London Bridge" sex formation that Nigel is currently participating in. Hilarious.
2:26 - Kirsty gives her number to Nigel in the kitchen . Her husband sees them and looks jealous. Kirsty is going to have an affair with Nigel but we don't see any tryst between them.
07:43 - Melissa confesses to David that her real name is Jane Turner, and corrects some lies she told him about her.
40:25 - Melissa gives Cleaver a long kiss. She has broken up with David at this point.
S02E01
01:12 - Cleaver has sex with Claudia in a limo. According to their dialog, she has a husband. Non-nude.
04:19 - A video of Cleaver and Claudia kissing beside the limo is shown in the news when Cleaver wakes up in the morning. Apparently, she is the New South Wales Premier, and her husband is the Attorney General and Police Minister.
28:54 - Claudia and her husband make a public interview. He says he was emotionally absent from his marriage with Claudia and must take part of the blame for her infidelity, while she says she needed an emotional longing and fell in love with Cleaver, that's why she started an affair with him. Cleaver, who is watching them on tv, comments that all she ever longed for was a nasty shag. She further claims that Cleaver blackmailed her after she ended their affair out of remorse, stating that he threatened to ruin her career.
37:00 - As retaliation, Cleaver reveals Claudia's recent explicit text messages to him during a radio interview, refuting her accusation of blackmail.
S02E04
15:26 - Cleaver and Kirsty have sex. Her husband is in jail for killing her lover Nigel and I think she's separated from him at this point.
47:42, 50:21 - David sees Scarlet drinking alone in a bar and joins her. They nearly kiss, but she stops him, saying she can't hurt Barney again. The scene then cuts instantly to Barney being ridden by Nicole, his firm's secretary, on a hotel room bed. Nicole is engaged to Bevan and is set to be married in just a few weeks.
S02E05
13:20 - Barney admits to Scarlet that he met someone.
15:43 - Scarlet and David go to a hotel to have sex. They start to undress but they change their minds.
S02E06
05:01 - Nicole and Barney have sex in the office standing up.
51:40 - On Nicole's wedding day, Cleaver attempts to talk to her to convince her to cancel the wedding with Bevan and choose Barney instead. However, Barney prevents him from doing so.
S02E07
01:03 - Barney sees a front-page story in the newspaper featuring a photo of Scarlet and David leaving a hotel hand in hand. He confronts Scarlet, who is crying in the bathroom. She insists they only shared a kiss, after which he briefly felt her breast.
S02E08
29:00 - Nicole tells Barney that she has left Bevan. She also reveals that she is pregnant and that Barney is the father.
50:27 - Barney confesses to Scarlet that it was Nicole he had the affair with, and that he got her pregnant.

12:35 - Barney is now living with Nicole, but he and Scarlet didn't divorce yet.

29:05 - Cleaver propositions Melissa (who is now with Josh, a rich guy) during lunch. She pours his drink on him as a response, because he insulted her the last time they met.
54:47 - Melissa comes to Cleaver's place and has sex with him. She doesn't take off her bra but we see a little of her side boob after sex.

01:19 - The scene continues with Melissa and Cleaver’s lovemaking, shown only as silhouettes against the glass. The following morning, they both feel awkward and avoid speaking to one another.
