The young guy peeps at his neighbor having sex with her boyfriend, a young police general (21:52).
While the young guy is having a conversation with his neighbor inside her unit, her boyfriend suddenly arrives (26:32). Since her boyfriend is the jealous, violent type, even if she and the young guy are not doing anything sexual, she makes him hide behind one of the sofa chairs in the living room before she lets her boyfriend in. She distracts her boyfriend by having sex with him on the lounger couch, and while he is pounding her hard, she motions for the young guy to take the chance and get out of her house, which he does.
The young guy and his neighbor have a little date in a cafe (31:06). He encourages her to leave her physically abusive boyfriend and come with him. She jokes about why she would come with him when he's not even courting her yet. In response, he gives her flowers, as if starting to court her, and tells her he loves her. It's a little premature for him to say such a thing, but she takes it warmly and with a smile. When the general calls her on the phone, she doesn't answer it and even turns off her cell phone afterward.
The young guy and his neighbor have sex on the roof of their apartment building (34:01). When they go down to their floor, her boyfriend is inside her unit, waiting for her.
