Shizuko (Minako Komukai), a budding cellist, is married to Yoshiichiro Kaito, chairman of the Kansai Zaibatsu. They live a happy life both publicly and privately. However, in such a peaceful life, the devil's hand of Takayama Toyama, president of the Toyama group, creeps up. Toyama, an ambitious person who is willing to use despicable means for his own desires, plans to make Shizuko his own. She drives Shizuko's husband into bankruptcy and death and makes Shizuko her own wife as a mortgage on debt. Welcomed to the mansion as Toyama's official wife, Shizuko begins living with Butler Izawa, Orihara (Kei Mizutani) who is a flower and tea teacher, and Misae (Kotono), a maid. However, this is only the beginning of the trap that Shizuko will eventually succumb to. From now on, a distorted communal life for the purpose of training her begins.
