A surgeon is banging his friend and fellow surgeon's wife. They have hotel room sex at the beginning part of the episode. Then, they have sex in his clinic after they were just talking to her husband in the hospital hallway. Later, she comes to his place and fucks him in his bedroom, and then she shoots herself in the bathroom while he was on the phone with his own wife (she is friends with his wife so maybe she felt guilty).
Since it will be hard to explain to everyone why the wife shot herself in his place without exposing their affair, the surgeon doesn't report it and buries her in his backyard.
The maid of the wife seems to know about the suicide incident and blackmails the surgeon into having sex with her. I don't know why she has to resort to blackmail to get sex because she's quite attractive. Well, maybe because she's just a maid and the surgeon belongs to the upper class and she would like to have his baby. Anyway, their sex scenes are quite hot, too.
