Zach (William Lawandi), a remorseless serial womanizer and con man, meets his match in Li Ling (Vivienne Tseng), an alluring and well-to-do woman who makes a wicked bowl of pork rib soup. Things take an unexpected turn when Zach meets Li Ling's younger sister, the drop-dead gorgeous Li Er (Angeline Yap). Soon enough, Zach turns his lecherous attention toward Li Er, and they begin an affair behind Li Ling's back. Li Er convinces Zach to help her execute a heinous plot to murder her older sister, whom she blames for causing her mother's death. However, things are not as simple as they seem.

Zach starts living with his new girlfriend Li Ling and he even gets to fuck her sister Li Er in secret.

At the end of the film (1:13:14), while Zach is dying of poison on the floor, Li Ling reveals to him that Li Er is not her sister but is in fact, her lover, and then the two women kiss in front of him. Her real sister, she says, is Zach's previous girl who killed herself because of his infidelity, and she's getting revenge for that. After they cut his dick off, the two women proceed to have oral sex in front of his body.
