Otoko, the umarried librarian, is the mistress of a married dude. Taeko is the pregnant girlfriend of Toru, a low-life who sells condoms in the backstreets. Otoko meets Taeko when she buys condoms from Toru.
19:53 - Toru lets his thug friends screw/rail Taiko because of his gambling debt.
31:34 - Because Toru gave her to his thug friends, and also because he is forcing her to have an abortion, Taeko stays with Otoko at the latter's place for a while. Otoko makes a move on her when they take a bath together, and they end up having lesbian sex, thus cheating on their respective partners.
35:32 - Otoko tends to Toru's wound after he gets beaten by his boss. Toru makes the first move and kisses her, and they have sex. After sex, she persuades him to leave Taeko but fails. She later speaks with Taeko and persuades her to leave Toru, telling her that he is seeing another woman, while withholding the detail that she herself is that woman.
49:17 - Otoko comes home and finds Taeko and Toru having sex on her bed. They're mad because they found out that she's trying to break them apart. Suddenly, Toru's thug friends grab Otoko from behind. They rail her while Toru and Taeko continue having sex beside them.
