A young pharmacist enters into a casual relationship with a young woman alleged to be his father's secret mistress, in contemporary Tirana.
Branko is a young Albanian graduate who has recently returned from his pharmacological studies in the United States to work for his wealthy, domineering doctor father. Branko becomes interested (obsessed?) with Sara, a beautiful young nurse whose mother is receiving expensive cancer treatments from Branko's father. There are lots of moral questions and mysteries here. Is Sara in a relationship with the father to pay for her mother's treatment? Are Branko's intentions more akin to love or lust? Is the father a villain or a hero?
Cheating Notes
At 26:24, Branko has sex with Sara, a beautiful young nurse alleged to be his father's secret mistress. After sex, he asks her if the rumor is true. She denies it, saying that his father did hit on her but she rejected his advances.
At 1:18:11, Branko goes to Sara's place and knocks on her door. No one answers so he leaves. A few moments after, Branko's father comes out of Sara's house, followed by Sara a little later. This tells us that she may indeed be Branko's father's secret mistress.
At 1:36:03, Branko, while on top of Sara, repeatedly asks her if she fucked his father, among others.
