Annie follows her husband to Bali to see if he's having an affair with her secretary. There, she meets Elmer, and with the idea of her husband possibly cheating on her filling her head, she has sex with the guy (19:31). She also has her pussy eaten by Elmer while she's having phone sex with her husband (26:26). She and Elmer have goodbye sex before going back to the Philippines (32:35, and it's actual sex scene in a flashback at 1:00:06). Back in the Philippines, they also have sex at her house (1:17:26).

It turns out that Annie's husband and Kristy, his secretary, are really having an affair. They have sex several times throughout the movie, some of them in flashbacks. We learn later that Kristy is Elmer's boyfriend, and he might know about her affair but you have to watch the movie to see if that's the case.
