Detective Sam Schwartz is hired by Mr. Terrier to shadow his promiscuous wife Micki, a former go-go dancer. Sam's main squeeze Terri is currently a go-go dancer and his private life will eventually intertwine with his case.
Micki turns out to be working at a brothel and we see her service a man. But she isn't satisfied and actually prefers a woman. John, the pervert son of the brothel madam, suggests that they go to a strip bar and and find a go-go dancer to satisfy both of them. They find Terri, follows her home, holds her against her will, and subjects her to sexual torture and a whipping.
John delights in stalking women and the film's best scene has him tracking and raping a busty girl in a secluded spot, vividly depicted. The rape scene ends with her getting pleasured and trying to embrace the pervert after sex, only to be violently slapped down by him.
