Manuela returns home to a rural, violent Colombian village to rebuild family ties with her mother and her uncle Darío. After her eldest son dies by drowning, her mother’s decision about how to bury the boy will determine the fate of all.
Cheating Notes
Dario, Manuela's uncle, and Dolores, his much younger wife, have sex in the nude (43:16, 46:34). They're having trouble conceiving.
During a party, Manuela witnesses Dolores having sex with Dolores' best friend's husband in a standing position against a wall, right beside the bed where her drunk best friend is sleeping (1:15:33). It's a non-nude brief scene and you only see them screwing through their reflection on the small wall mirror.
Manuela has sex with Dario in an abandoned home (1:23:26). Perhaps, she deems it proper and justified after seeing him get cuckolded by his wife. She mounts and rides him, but the scene is non-nude.
