Vanessa is a cosmetics consultant who is forced to care for her troubled and mentally challenged sister after their mother's death. Her hustler boyfriend, Oliver, seems unreliable and Vanessa soon abandons him for Uno, a liberal and caring substitute. But Uno isn't exactly as he seems. Set during the reign of Joseph Estrada in the Philippines, the film offers up a society in hellish microcosm.
Cheating Notes
While Oliver is in jail and his fate is unknown, Vanessa takes up the offer of Uno, a persistent suitor who always helps him, to stay at his place with her sister.
One night, Uno makes an advance toward Vanessa by suddenly kissing her. She resists a little bit initially, perhaps because she is just surprised, but she gives in and has sex with him (44:36).
After coming home from work, Uno wants to have sex with Vanessa, but she doesn't want to and ends up getting raped (55:26).
Vanessa reunites with Oliver, who has gotten out of jail and they make out (58:39). On their next meeting, he acknowledges that she is now with Uno. They have sex (1:04:25), meaning Vanessa is now cheating on Uno.
Vanessa gets naked while taking a bath (1:05:48) and has sex again with Uno (1:15:31).
