While on her honeymoon with her husband Max in Japan, Kara bumps into Kenji, her ex-boyfriend (12:54). She asks him to join them and give them a tour of the city without even asking her husband if he's okay with it.
The couple brings Kenji to the place they're staying at and has a drink with him. After they're done drinking, Kara tells Kenji to just stay overnight because he might have missed the last train already. Later, she leaves the side of her sleeping husband and goes into Kenji's room and tries to have sex with him (22:00). He rejects her because he says that Max is such a nice guy. She taunts him, telling him that maybe the rumors back then were true, that he is gay, and leaves his room.
As if to prove he is not gay (or maybe some other reason), Kenji goes inside the couple's room to "talk" to Kara. She gives him money, since she says that his job in Japan seems to be that of a male escort. Even though he denies it, he lies down on the bed, beside her sleeping husband, when she tells him to do so. She starts riding him on the bed (26:00) and only stops when her husband starts waking up. They leave the room and move to the pool.
Max wakes up later and goes to the pool and finds Kenji and Kara in the pool, in their bathing suits (26:50). It also seems that the two are doing some smooching together and only parted when he entered. Max joins them, and fortunately for them, Max is apparently open-minded, and they engage in a threesome (27:18).
In the morning, Tanya, Kenji's girlfriend enters the place and sees the three of them sleeping half naked beside each other on the bed (32:54). She shouts expletives at them and a confrontation ensues. But the situation is resolved and the four engage in a threesome (37:59). In the final scene, Kara tells Kenji that she has been waiting for him for so long after he left her and that he's the one she really loves and is willing to leave Max for him (1:04:35). Kenji rejects her and tells her to go back to her husband.
