Perdita Durango (1997) aka Dance with the Devil
A psychotic criminal couple kidnaps a random teenage couple. The woman grapes the male captive, but he derives pleasure from it. She then makes him watch his girlfriend being graped by the man, but his girlfriend seems to be deriving pleasure from it as well.
