Sam Cool and Yat-Tiu are top hitmen for the triads, until Yat-Tiu seduces mob boss Ma's wife, Ling. After Yat-Tiu kills Ma, Sam Cool and Yat-tiu go on the run, not just from underworld enemies, but from the cops as well, and they are reduced to low-ranking thugs.
