The nation is shocked by the news that a guy has cut off the dick of a lawyer in his office right in front of the guy's wife. Cheating Notes
We see Mrs. Miho and her lover, Mr. Kuwata's first makeout session. We also see them have sex several times. Her husband actually found out early on about her affair. She told him sorry, that he's the only one she loves and that it will never happen again, but she still saw Mr. Kuwata again after that and fucked him. It's just supposed to be a farewell fuck, but she got carried away by his hard fucking so the affair continued.
At one time, Miho got ass-fucked by Mr. Kuwata. When her husband got a tip anonymously from Noritsuki (Miho's stalker, a security guard turned fake reportage writer) that she was still having an affair with Mr. Kuwata, he checked her asshole to confirm that she was indeed fucked through it. (Spoiler) Farther into the movie, it is revealed that Mrs. Miho may even have helped her husband cut Mr. Kuwata's dick off and did not just stand by and watch, her reason being Mr. Kuwata had decided to stop seeing her in favor of his wife and child.
Noritsuki also interviews a friend of Miho's husband and he claims that he also fucked her one night when he had a drink with the couple and slept at the couple's house. He said that he fucked Miho while her husband was sleeping soundly. We are shown a flashback of that night, however, Noritsuki accuses the husband's friend of lying. He tells him that his precious Mrs. Miho couldn't do such a thing.
After the crime, Miho still meets Mr. Kuwata and has sex with him at least two times, absent his dick, of course. During the first one, they have a sadomasochism session where she looks surprisingly hotter in leather because she is usually presented as a timid and proper wife.
