Siya appears to be the bone of contention between warring businessmen Aditya and Saurav. But this one runs deeper than your average love triangle.
Cheating Notes
Businesman Aditya and his wife Siya meet Saurav, a very successful, very mysterious businessman at the latter's request. Siya seems to find something attractive with him with the way she gives him a look, and when he kisses her hand (15:50), she gives her husband an uncomfortable sideways glance.
Saurav makes an indecent proposal to Aditya: a one night with his wife in exchange for lending him money without guarantee or interest, plus a blank check. Aditya gets mad at his proposal and rejects it.
The movie progresses with Saurav doing things to achieve his goal of screwing Siya, like sabotaging Aditya's factory, having his political backer arrested, and lastly, framing him for mu..er. Outside the courtroom, after the court has determined probable cause and Aditya is transported to prison, Saurav tells Siya that his deal is still on: if she agrees to make love to him, then he will give her the evidence to prove that her husband did not commit mu..er (1:23:40).
Siya decides to screw Saurav. She comes to his mansion (1:25:15), does the obligatory Bollywood dance with him, and has sex with him (1:29:33 ).

In a flashback, we learn that Siya was originally the girlfriend-turned-fiancée of Vikram, Aditya's older brother who died, and she was having a secret love affair with Aditya during that time (1:35:29). After Vikram proposed to Siya in a party and she accepted it (1:38:50), she followed the disappointed Aditya to his bedroom and gave him kisses, to assure him that he's the one she truly loved (1:40:09).
