Cheating Notes

After a talk with her co-worker Cris in the coffee shop she works at, someone texts Gia to send nude pics. She obliges, takes nude photos of her in the coffee shop's restroom, and sends it to the guy (05:26).
Cris joins Gia for a smoke behind the coffee shop during their lunch break (06:01). I like the restrained flirtation she does with him while they talk about his sex-at-work tryst with Weng, their co-worker and someone he's currently having a casual relationship with. She gets seduced by his words and ends up letting him finger her pussy. It doesn't go too far though as their lady boss comes out of the coffees shop and interrupts them.
Cris accompanies Gia home (13:31). As they walk, he keeps wooing her and straight up tells her that he wants to bang her in a way that isn’t vulgar. She tries holding her ground, insisting she doesn't want to have sex with him, but she can’t deny her attraction to him, so they end up having oral sex and then intercourse on the rooftop of her apartment building (15:30). However, they don’t reach climax, as they're interrupted by a bickering couple downstairs.
During her lunch break, Gia’s mysterious lover picks her up in his SUV. We find out later that he is a congressman named Aries Guevarra. Aries makes her perform oral sex on him in the vehicle after telling her that it’s fine for his driver, Pepe, to watch (26:28). They also have sex in a motel room after (27:54).
Gia has sex with Cris in her apartment (33:08). Then, while they are talking after sex, Pepe, the congressman's driver, enters the place and finds them in bed together. He beats Cris up, and after he's done with him, he starts screwing Gia on the bed doggy-style, in front of the subdued and humiliated Cris (41:42).
Based on Pepe's monologue while he is screwing Gia from behind, it seems that he is the real boyfriend of Gia, even though it seems to be an abusive relationship, or something like that.
At the end of the film, we also get a hint that Gia is also having an ongoing affair with her middle-aged boss.
Summary
Intense, although the plot twist involving Pepe doesn't make sense or isn't explained well enough.
