A mute Scottish woman arrives in colonial New Zealand for an arranged marriage. Her husband refuses to move her beloved piano, giving it to neighbor George Baines, who agrees to return the piano in exchange for lessons. As desire swirls around the duo, the wilderness consumes the European enclave.
It is the mid-nineteenth century. Ada cannot speak and she has a young daughter, Flora. In an arranged marriage she leaves her native Scotland accompanied by her daughter and her beloved piano. Life in the rugged forests of New Zealand's North Island is not all she may have imagined and nor is her relationship with her new husband Stewart. She suffers torment and loss when Stewart sells her piano to a neighbor, George. Ada learns from George that she may earn back her piano by giving him piano lessons, but only with certain other conditions attached. At first Ada despises George but slowly their relationship is transformed and this propels them into a dire situation.
Cheating Notes
Ada, the wife, starts going to neighbor George's place to give him piano lessons in exchange for returning her piano to her someday. But George is not really interested in piano lessons. Rather, he is interested in fucking her. He begins to ask for sexual favors from her every time she comes. First, they're relatively minor requests, like touching her skin in a small hole in her stockings (45:03), or the bare skin on her arms and upper back (46:10).
At 50:40, George grabs Ada from behind, lowers her blouse, but not too low for her boobs to pop out,and kisses her neck. In exchange for four piano keys, he makes her lie with her, then he kisses her exposed upper back and hair for a bit.
At 59:00 Ada lies naked together with George in exchange for 10 keys, They pet on the bed but I am not sure if they have sex at this point.
At 1:12:41, Ada fucks George. He has already given her the piano so she's doing this because she wants to. Her husband sees them through a gap in the door and instead of making a scene, the fucking cuck secretly watches and even goes below the hut to get a better view through gaps on the floor.
At 1:18:06, Ada's husband tries to fuck her on the forest ground while she is on her way to George's hut.
