A nurse working at a hospital is looking forward to her marriage with a handsome doctor. But she is open minded as she also is having an affair with a pretty student nurse. One day a former patient invites her to her house. But when she enters it appears that a robbery is taking place. Two masked men grab her, bind her with rope and proceed to violate her repeatedly while photographing the whole ordeal. At the beginning of the film, the nurse is having lesbian sex with a fellow nurse, despite being engaged to a doctor. She and the doctor start living together and it's safe to assume that they got married even if it wasn't shown.
The nurse is lured by a former patient into her home and she gets railed by two masked men. It is a setup by the ex-patient and her husband.
The nurse is blackmailed and returns to the ex-patient's home. They have another woman being trained and it could be the nurse's mistress but I'm not sure. The ex-patient's husband is the one who screwed the nurse this time and she seems to be enjoying it, unlike the first time with the two masked men.
The nurse comes back a few times and gets more BDSM training. One time, the ex-patient brings home a guy from a bar and lets him have his way with the tied-up nurse.
