A young bar waitress, Natsuko has accepted to many Mr. Uehara, a rich art teacher if Uehara could pay the debt for Natsuko’s boyfriend. Mr. Uchara agreed with the terms but suspected that Natsuko betrayed him for money and continued to meet Seiji. Mr. Uehara determined to punish his young wife in his “artistic” way. He tied her up and locked her in the basement of his house, or better described as “the beasts’ cage”, a place where a “bitch” was tortured and sexually exploited in various SM ways

After screwing young bar waitress Natsuko, his portrait model, Uehara, an art teacher, asks her to marry him (5:20). She agrees but asks money from him first, saying she needs it to break-up with Seiji, her boyfriend. She seems to be buying her freedom as Seiji needs the money to settle a debt in Tokyo, and she claims he will leave town and never return once he’s paid.
Uehara and Natsuko meet Seiji and give him the money. After that, they get married.
When Uehara finds out that Natsuko is still seeing Seiji, who never really left town, he punishes her BDSM-style (32:56). I found her punishment hot.
Uehara hears Natsuko talking to Seiji over the phone (43:00). Basically, he learns that Natsuko and Seiji really conspired to scam him out of his money, and that Seiji is really the one that Natsuko loves.
Uehara ties Natsuko up naked, then he kidnaps Seiji, puts him in the same holding cell as Natsuko, and forces them to have sex (1:00:30). After that, he does something drastically.
