Takeo and his wife Chiharu own a barbershop in a quiet neighborhood. Takeo does the haircutting, mostly, while Chiharu does the other services they offer like facial shaving, and she makes sure that their clients feel relaxed with her sexy body, great looks, and sweet personality. But Takeo has a gambling problem. One day, he gets temporarily admitted to a mental hospital after losing all, including his clothes and his barbershop, due to his gambling debts. The local people go out of their way to help Chiharu. Kenji, Takeo's brother who is in love with Chiharu also lends his help.
