Yago and Janco are brothers, but their fates have been very different. Yago is Don Julio's most trusted man, and has been protected by him as his own son, but he starts a steamy romance with Don Julio's wife. On the other hand, Janco is an honest man, devoted to his famly. Yago is fo...d to run away, making the brothers' paths cross again.
Cheating Notes
Yago, a crime syndicate enforcer, is having an affair with his boss' wife. Near the beginning of the movie (7:36), they have sex (no kissing and thrusting action shown), and their scene is interspersed with the intimate scene (kissing and implied sex) of Janco, Yago's brother, and his wife, as well as the scene where a crime underboss' chick lures a guy into bed only to k..l him, and the underboss entering the bedroom and asking her what took her so long.
After the boss gathers his henchmen and has them k..l a traitor, his wife pulls Yago from the hallway into a more isolated part of the mansion and has sex with him against a wall (21:05). When they finish, another henchman notices them and reports it to the boss.
Yago and the boss' wife have sex at a hotel while on the run (56:54). This is their best sex scene, with generous strategic nudity.

The boss' wife is killed and Yago flees and seeks refuge with his estranged brother, Janco, after eight years. During dinner at Janco's home, when Janco steps upstairs to tuck his twin daughters into bed, Janco’s wife starts kissing Yago with intense longing and passion (1:21:07), showing how deeply she missed him during his long absence, because apparently, they had an affair before he left, and we will know more about their affair's details later. Yago doesn't kiss back.
The next morning, Yago wakes up to find his brother's wife lying beside him on the bed in black lingerie (1:26:08). She mounts him and passionately initiates lovemaking. Though initially conflicted, Yago briefly yields and reciprocates her kisses before finally pushing her away. Based on their dialog here and the dialog between Yago and Janco later when the latter found out about their past affair, we find out that Yago screwed Janco's wife, then fiancee, before they got married, 8 years ago, and he says that it's because he got drunk. The real father of the twin daughters is also mentioned in the discussion.
Summary
Janco's wife trying to cheat on him with Yago, her husband's brother, is hotter than the boss' wife cheating on him with Yago.
