They are maybe in their 20's or early 30's, both not married, and are actually also attractive people. Each of the two students has sex with his/her sugar parent in the first 20 minutes of the film.
Roel and Ellen first kiss while they are dancing at a birthday party (20:40). They fuck several times after that, usually in hotel rooms. At 39:11, their respective sugar parents even call each of them while they are together in a hotel room, just before they fuck.
At 45:00, each of the two students is with his/her sugar parent when they come across each other at a restaurant. Apparently, their sugar parents know each other and they agree to dine together. The two students are surprised but don't say a word about their relationship. They talk about it when they have a date a few days later and after a dramatic dialog, they decide to continue their affair.
Roel's sugar mommy suspects that something is up and hires a detective to tail him. The detective gives him pictures of Roel and Ellen's tryts, which she shows to Ellen's sugar daddy. The two confront Roel and Ellen while they are on a date and a verbal confrontation ensues.
