A congressman's second wife forces the wife of a cow thief to have a threesome with her and her husband to secure her position against the congressman's current mistress. She gives the cow thief's wife a large sum of money and frees her jailed husband in return. When her plan backfires and the congressman still wants to divorce her, she devises a murderous scheme.
