The younger sister lusts on the amnesia guy. She checks him out while he's doing a task without his shirt on, and peeps on him while he's taking a bath (53:27).
The younger sister seduces the amnesia guy while he's washing clothes (1:01:46). They start petting against a wall, with her boob out, but a kid interrupts them.

They start making love on the car's hood but her older sister interrupts them and confronts her and asks her why she did it. She uses the excuse that her older sister also tried to seduce her own boyfriend earlier. Her older sister explains to her what really happened. The younger sister accepts her explanation, comes to her boyfriend's place, apologizes for accusing him of cheating, and has sex with him (1:09:48).
So at this point, you'd think that since the younger sister has accepted her older sister's explanation, that she would stop trying to have revenge sex with the amnesia guy, right? Wrong. It turns out that she really wants to taste him. She seduces him for the last time and starts having sex with him (1:20:37). They go quite the distance this time until her sister walks in on them again.
