Perdita and Romeo, a psychotic criminal couple, kidnap teen sweethearts Duane and Estelle. At 47:11, Romeo starts raping Estelle while Perdita starts "raping" Duelle. In Duelle and Perdita's case, it's not your usual case of rape as Duelle is a man and the rapist is not exactly unattractive, so no screaming from Romeo from the get-go and he immediately derives pleasure from it. Meanwhile, In Romeo and Estelle's case, it really starts out as rape but eventually, Estelle starts moaning and liking it.
Perdita finishes "raping" Duelle first so she takes him to where Romeo is raping Estelle. What Duelle sees is the part where Estelle is already enjoying the rape so he feels betrayed and cries.
