7:12 - The crime boss's wife exchanges meaningful, secret looks with her husband's right-hand man, indicating that there's an affair going on between them.

16:50 - The crime boss receives photos of his wife in bed with an unknown man. Not shown in the cut version.

25:22 (17:30 in the cut version) - The crime boss comes to his villa and finds his wife in bed with his right-hand man. He doesn't disturb them but waits for them in the living room. While he's talking to his right-hand man on the couch, at one point, he tells his wife to take off her towel.
