Obsession, sex, and illusion are depicted in a series of parallel stories. Alex, a museum guard is love-struck with Nicole with whom he lives. Nicole meets a naive Amazon, Kristina, who likewise falls desperately in love with her. Kristina enlists the help of Marc, an intellectual playboy, to break up the couple. By theorizing on the love-virus and the futility of romance, Marc manages to manipulate Nicole into having sex with him before being mysteriously murdered. Kristina is arrested as a suspect. The Lost Door opens while Kristina is being interrogated in a psychiatric hospital where she has been committed. Catherine, a young and beautiful psychiatrist has been assigned by the court to discover what goes on in the deranged yet intriguing mind of this suspected murderer, haunted by ghosts and strange sexual situations. After a long confrontation, it's the mysterious Kristina who opens up the young psychiatrists mind to her own repressed desires.
Cheating Notes
At 47:58, Alex, Nicole's boyfriend, imagines that she is giving a handjob to a naked guy standing on the side of their bed. You can actually see the dude's dick and Nicole's hand caressing it. Then, Nicole and the naked guy cuddle next to her boyfriend on the bed.
Kristina likes Nicole and tasks Marc, an egoistic asshole-type character, to seduce Nicole so that she will break up with her boyfriend. At 57:53, Nicole comes to Marc's place for an interview or something. Mark is being a jerk to her in the interview, which leaves her almost in tears when she leaves. But then, she comes back at 1:20:40, indicating that she couldn't resist his supposedly repulsive personality. She has sex with him, and their quite long lovemaking is interspersed with the orgy her boyfriend and Kristina's female dance students are having in a different room.
Summary
The movie has lots of surreal and arty scenes but if you can manage to get through them, you'll be rewarded with tons of sex, nudity, and hot babes, and a nice main cheating scene between Nicole and Marc.
