After his wife Anara's serious car accident, Max searches for answers behind the glossy facades of Frankfurt and gets caught up in a downward spiral of intrigue. Anara is comatose but alive. The police suspect that her car has been tampered with. Max suspects his colleague and rival Patrick of being involved. Together with him and his colleague Saskia, he is pitching software successfully to a powerful sheikh. Max is cornered from all sides - even the sheikh could be part of the conspiracy. Saskia is his last ally, but she has to limit the damage to prevent the deal from falling apart. All the threads seem to converge in a mysterious club, and Max has to take drastic measures to regain his perfect life.
Cheating Notes
While Max's wife Anara is in a coma after a car accident, he investigates and finds out that she's keeping an apartment he doesn't know about.
Max recalls Anara flirting with Patrick, his senior colleague at a party (28:19).
Max confides to Saskia, his female colleague about what he learned about Anara. He told her more about the night Anara flirted with Patrick (45:24). He approached Anara after Patrick left her and asked her why she was flirting with him. She denied it, saying she only wanted to impress his boss, and he corrected her that Patrick was just a senior colleague, not his boss. They fought and Anara accidentally bumped Said, a waiter at the party, causing him to spill the drinks he was carrying.
Saskia consoles Max after all the things he confided to her and they have sex (47:28). Saskia is married with two kids.
While drinking alone in a bar, Max imagines Anara getting a tequila body shot from Patrick in front of him (1:00:17). Specifically, Anara squeezes lemon juice on her neck, and Patrick then puts salt on it and licks it from behind her. She then puts a slice of lemon between her teeth and turns around to Patrick and lets him suck it, and it turns into a make-out.

While Said is tied to a chair, he tells Max that Anara approached her at the party sometime after she bumped him (1:09:54). This started their affair. They had a drink in her new apartment when she got it and they kissed, with her initiating it (1:14:27). They impliedly had sex too, because Anara got pregnant and it seems that Said was the one who got her pregnant.
